How do I know if your services are an eligible program expense?
You’ll want to confirm with your agency’s contract manager – contact us for a contract proposal, and submit that proposal as part of your administrative budget.
Will this leave my program with any leftover administrative budget?
While administrative budgets vary from program-to-program, we can say that most federal programs, and some state, carry an exemption from any administrative cost ceilings for required “tracking or monitoring” costs.
Will we be required to work with paper documents, and scan them to you?
While certain documentation steps will be unavoidably hard-copy (e.g. receipts, etc.), ReportEZ’s workflow will incorporate a high-speed scanner, tablet forms, and phone-scanning apps (and training on all of the above) that you can use to make the data collection process as painless and background as possible.
Does your company do our invoices, our status reports, or both?
Monthly invoices, monthly status reports – any and all of the above. Don’t be shy about asking us if your program has additional custom reporting needs!
What if our program’s reporting requirements change?

How is pricing calculated?
Grant programs require long-range administrative budget projections, but there is little predictability as to how complex the reporting workload might be in a given month, Recognizing this, ReportEZ’s pricing schedule aims to be as uncomplicated and predictable as possible – typically a flat fee rate schedule, per program.
